Heather has extensive experience consulting, speaking, and training on the topics of leadership development, sales improvement, talent management, strategic planning, and executive coaching. .

Before joining ADVISA, Heather held leadership roles in the education and nonprofit sectors. She completed both her undergraduate and master's work at Indiana University.

Scott Burns
Co-Founder & CEO, Structural
