Highly personalized profiles allow for each of Sunrise Banks' employees to find opportunities within Sunrise and realize their full potential. Recently, Sunrise has integrated Structural's platform within Microsoft Teams, unlocking the full collaborative potential of both engines. This has allowed for Sunrise Banks to experience tremendous growth with Structural. The consistently high level of employee activity within the platform truly speaks for itself in this regard. Over the last three months alone, Sunrise's approximately 320 employees have accessed their profiles and over 5,000 Structural sessions have been logged - sharing posts and photos, participating in polls, conducting searches for internal experts, and more. Since January, over 1,000 directory searches have been conducted, 93% of which, have resulted in a profile view. Of those views, 88% has resulted in contacting the individual behind the profile directly in Structural. However, these measurements are understated given that they do not account for outreach and contacting individuals outside of the Structural platform either by phone or email. According to Culture Lead Brianna Oliverius, "Structural has brought out a lot of personalities you wouldn't normally see. It's a voice for the employees that is being heard throughout the entire company."
