Introducing People Insights
We’re excited to share the launch of People Insights: our latest addition to Groups and Company Views; designed to provide you with new and better ways to visualize and understand your teams.
These insights are provided by aggregating profile data and then surfacing that information in beautiful charts and displays. You can find these on the Insights tab on all Group and Company Views.
In turn, these visualizations can be used to answer questions about your teams, including which schools are the most common amongst your group; which skills are most frequent: or which certifications and training programs are most prevalent. Your team’s interests are made clear highlighting favorite books, shows, podcasts, and more! And last, but certainly not least, custom fields are also displayed and visualized to help you make better decisions
What People Insights are not intended to be, are people analytics for a few. Structural’s goal is to democratize information, bringing together the data from all sources and applications across your organization, and making it useful for everyone.
Accordingly, these visualizations are available to all members of a group or view, using the exact same permissions defined for profile fields.
